Black screen no signal blue screen

1. Check if the device is connected properly. Method: Check whether the fiber connection between the transmitter and receiver is correct according to the product manual. If it is not correct, follow the instructions to connect correctly and view the results. If the device is connected incorrectly, it will be displayed normally after the exclusion, and the problem will be solved. If the device is connected properly, go to step

2. Check if the display is not displayed due to EDID. Method: Follow the steps in the manual to re-read the EDID of the display device and connect the device again. If it is displayed normally, the problem is solved. If there is still no display, please proceed to step

3. Check if the video source has a signal output. Method: Connect the video source and display with DVI short cable. If there is no output, check the video source and replace the good video source. If there is output, please proceed to step 

4. Check that the display device is good or bad. Method: Use a good DVI short-circuit instead of a fiber-optic transmission device to connect the display device. If there is no signal, check the display device problem. If there is a signal, proceed to step

5. Check if the device is running low on power. Method: Check whether the CM1-210SA-T blue light is bright, and connect the standard 5V, 1A power supply to the CM1-210SA-T terminal to check whether it is normal.

If the display is normal, it indicates that the signal source is insufficiently supplied, and only the power supply can be solved for the CM1-210SA-T terminal. If there is still no display, it indicates a device problem, contact the dealer to replace the device.
 

The splash screen is not working properly.

1. Check if it is a problem caused by EDID. Method: Follow the steps in the manual to re-read the EDID of the display device and connect the device again. If it is displayed normally, the problem is solved. If there is still no display, please proceed to step

4. Check that the device interface is in good contact. Method: Re-check the interface between the device and the signal source and display device.

If the display is normal, the connection port is loose and the contact is poor. Check the connection port to make the connection compact, and be careful not to subject the joint to excessive gravity. If it is still not normal, indicating a device problem, contact the dealer to replace the device.
