1. Check if the copper cable is good or bad. Method: If there are cables of the same model and the same length, replace one to see if it shows normal. If the copper wire is not displayed properly, contact the dealer to replace the cable. If there is still no display or no cable test of the same model and the same length, proceed to step

2. Check if the video source has a signal output. Method: Connect the video source display with a short line. If there is no output, check the video source and replace the good video source. If there is output, please proceed to step

3. Check to see if the copper wire is installed in the correct way according to the instructions. Method: Check if the connector at the signal source is To Source and the display terminal is To Monitor. If the connection direction is not correct, change the head and tail direction. If the connection direction is correct, proceed to step

4. Check that the display device is good or bad. Method: Use a good short line instead of a long line to connect the display device. If there is no signal, check the display device problem. If there is a signal, proceed to step

5. Check if the cable is running low. Method: Check whether the green light on the To Monitor side of the cable is bright, and find a 5V power supply to connect to the cable To Monitor to check whether it is displayed normally.

If the display is normal, it indicates that the signal source is insufficiently supplied. Only the power supply to the To Monitor terminal of the cable can be solved. If there is still no display, indicating a cable problem, contact the dealer to replace the cable.
